Tip #1: Give your Sales People Easy-to-Use Email Templates.
  
Here’s a great way to increase sales activity.  Working with your internal design people or with a design consultant, create relevant email templates for your sales agents to send out to their prospects.  This allows your sales people to further build their relationship with the prospect and it gives you the comfort at a management level, that the outgoing emails are professional in design and appearance and accurate in terms of content.

Our clients will often set up between 5 and 10 templates for their sales agents to send out to prospects.  The templates may vary by little more than a different floor plan, etc.  Because the agent is using a template, they can send out a professional email in under a minute.  If left to create the email themselves, sales agents will often take hours to achieve the same result.
